Centrally located in the village, bordering the village green at the front and with the village pond behind.

The Cottage has a cosy sitting room, a kitchen diner and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The cottage has its own private south facing furnished courtyard, ideal for leisurely breakfasts and relaxing evening drinks.

The cottage is situated in the centre of the village, facing the large village Green and with the village pond behind. It is centrally located for many local attractions to suit all tastes and ages, with lots of places to eat from country pubs, to Michelin starred restaurants.

We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with lots of walks ranging from just a stroll to something more challenging. Though we are by no means isolated as we are only 4 miles from the market town of Swaffham and 3 miles from the market town of Watton. The village also has a regular bus service serving most of Norfolk.

When you book the cottage you have the whole house to yourself, to just relax, chillout and enjoy doing what you want to, when you want to.
